Before I get to Corwin, I wanted to share a few more photos with you. These were taken on St. Patrick's Day. Will (in the third photo) certainly looks drunk on milk, doesn't he?
Tuesday night found me in a church basement, where the Mothers of Multiples gathered to listen to a man named Corwin Kronenberg speak on parenting styles. When I saw his name on the invite for our monthly gathering, I thought he sounded like a magician. I figured that his advice would be obvious, even to a new parent like me, but I decided to go anyway because it's nice to connect with other moms.
I was really impressed with Mr. Kronenberg. What I learned in an hour and a half tonight will, I think, benefit my family for a lifetime. Hospitals should play a video of his advice for all new parents. Funny, I guess Corwin turned out to be a bit of a magician after all!
(I'll summarize what I learned another time -- it's late and time for me to head to bed. Wonder if I'll be able to talk Xilon into going upstairs? He is sound asleep -- and, as my mom would say, stretched out like a filet o' fish -- on the chair next to me. The poor guy has had a miserable time for the last 24 hours. The culprit is either the flu or food poisoning. Grandma and Grandpa C took care of him as well as the babies this evening, which everyone appreciated.)
